By making a reservation with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, by phone, email, or any other communication channel.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Confirmation Process

Once you submit a booking request, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Your booking is only confirmed once you receive this confirmation from our team. Please ensure you provide accurate contact information so we can reach you.

Required Information

When making a reservation, you must provide:

• Full name of all participants
• Contact phone number and email address
• Preferred date and time of the tour
• Number of participants
• Hotel name and address for pickup (if applicable)
• Any special requirements or medical conditions

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). Prices include the tour, safety equipment, guide services, and hotel transfers where specified.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash: Payment in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), Euros (EUR), or US Dollars (USD) upon arrival
• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard accepted
• Bank Transfer: For group bookings or advance payments

Price Guarantee

The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored, provided payment is made within the agreed timeframe. Prices are subject to change without notice for new bookings.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Free cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund
• Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable
• No-shows: Failure to appear for your scheduled tour without prior notice will result in no refund

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method. For cash payments, alternative refund arrangements will be made.

5. Safety Requirements

The safety of our guests is our top priority. Please read and understand the following safety requirements before booking:

Age Requirements

• Drivers: Must be at least 16 years old to operate a quad or buggy
• Passengers: Children aged 3 years and older may ride as passengers with an adult driver
• Supervision: Minors under 18 must have parental or guardian consent

Safety Equipment

All necessary safety equipment is provided free of charge, including:

• Helmets (mandatory for all participants)
• Protective goggles
• Gloves (upon request)
• Safety briefing before each tour

Health and Fitness

Participants should be in reasonable physical condition. Please inform us of any medical conditions, including but not limited to heart conditions, back problems, pregnancy, or any other condition that may affect your ability to participate safely.

6. Liability

By participating in our tours, you acknowledge and accept the following:

Assumption of Risk

Quad and buggy riding are adventure activities that carry inherent risks, including the risk of injury or death. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.

Personal Belongings

QuadBuggy Adventures is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the tour. We recommend leaving valuables at your hotel and bringing only essential items.

Waiver of Liability

All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before the tour begins. This waiver releases QuadBuggy Adventures from liability for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the activity, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.

Damage to Equipment

Participants may be held responsible for damage to vehicles or equipment caused by reckless behavior, failure to follow guide instructions, or intentional misuse.

7. Weather Conditions

Our tours operate in various weather conditions. However, safety remains our priority.

Tour Modifications

• Light rain: Tours typically proceed as scheduled with appropriate precautions
• Heavy rain or storms: Tours may be rescheduled or modified for safety reasons
• Extreme weather: In case of sandstorms, flooding, or other extreme conditions, tours will be postponed

Rescheduling

If we cancel or significantly modify a tour due to weather conditions, you will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible if weather conditions require changes to your booking.

The decision to cancel or modify a tour due to weather is made solely by QuadBuggy Adventures and is final.
