Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation Process

These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by QuadBuggy Adventures. By placing a booking, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these conditions in full.

Bookings may be placed through any of the following channels:

• Website: Using the booking form at quadbuggy.ma
• Phone: By calling +212 679-419149
• WhatsApp: By messaging +212 679-419149
• Email: By writing to [email protected]

Every booking request is followed by a written confirmation sent via email or WhatsApp. The booking is only considered valid once this confirmation has been received from our team.

2. Deposit & Payment

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the availability of vehicles, transport arrangements, and guide services.

Deposit Amount

• Groups of 1 to 8 participants: A flat deposit of 20 EUR per booking is required
• Groups of 9 or more participants: The deposit amount varies and will be communicated by our booking manager

Balance Payment

• The deposit is subtracted from the total price of the tour
• The remaining balance must be settled on the day of the excursion, before departure

Accepted Payment Methods

• Cash: Moroccan Dirhams, Euros, or US Dollars
• Credit cards: Visa and Mastercard

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

QuadBuggy Adventures aims to be as flexible as possible when customers need to adjust their plans. The following policies apply:

Rescheduling by the Customer

• More than 7 days before the scheduled date: Rescheduling requests will be accommodated subject to availability, and the deposit carries over to the new date
• Less than 7 days before the scheduled date: Rescheduling may still be possible but depends on current availability
• When rescheduling is approved, the original deposit is transferred to the newly selected date

Cancellation by the Customer

• All deposits are non-refundable in the event of a customer-initiated cancellation, regardless of the reason

Cancellation by QuadBuggy Adventures

• Should the tour be cancelled by us due to adverse weather or operational reasons, customers will be offered a free reschedule or a complete refund of the deposit

4. Required Information

The following details must be provided to finalise any booking:

• Full name of each participant
• Valid email address
• Reachable phone number
• Country of residence
• Preferred pickup location (hotel, riad, or specific address)
• Preferred drop-off location

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information. QuadBuggy Adventures cannot be held liable for any issues resulting from incorrect details.

5. Pickup & Drop-off

A complimentary transfer service is included with our tours under the following conditions:

• Within Marrakech: Round-trip transfer is provided free of charge for any pickup point located within the city of Marrakech
• Outside Marrakech: An additional fee may apply for pickup locations beyond the city limits. The amount will be communicated at the time of booking

6. Equipment & Personal Property

Equipment Responsibility

• All vehicles and equipment remain the property of QuadBuggy Adventures
• Any damage caused to equipment through improper use, reckless behaviour, or disregard of instructions may result in additional charges to the participant

Personal Belongings

• QuadBuggy Adventures accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items belonging to participants during the tour
• We strongly advise against bringing valuables and recommend leaving them in a secure location

7. Insurance

QuadBuggy Adventures strongly recommends that every participant arrange personal travel insurance that specifically covers quad and buggy activities. Such coverage should include medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and third-party liability.

It is each participant's responsibility to verify that their insurance policy covers this type of activity prior to the start of the excursion.

8. Documentation

The following applies to documentation requirements for participation:

• Driving licence: No driving licence is needed to ride a quad
• Identification: Presenting an ID document is not mandatory for quad activities

Different requirements may apply to buggy excursions. Please check with our team when making your booking.

9. Photography & Video

• Participants are welcome to take photographs and record videos throughout the excursion
• Consent should be obtained from other participants before photographing or filming them
• QuadBuggy Adventures reserves the right to use images and footage captured during tours for promotional purposes, including on its website and social media channels

10. Tour Operation & Timing

• Each tour lasts for the duration stated in the booking confirmation
• Participants should arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for the safety briefing and equipment setup
• In case of late arrival, QuadBuggy Adventures will try to accommodate the participant if space permits, but this is not guaranteed
• No refund will be issued for tours missed due to late arrival or absence on the part of the participant

11. Safety & Requirements

Age Policy

• Minimum driving age: 16 years old
• Under 16: Participation is permitted only as a passenger, accompanied by an adult

Physical Conditions

• There are no weight restrictions for participants
• No previous riding experience is necessary

Safety Gear

• All protective equipment is supplied by QuadBuggy Adventures (helmets, goggles, etc.)
• A professional guide accompanies every group for the entire duration of the ride

Riding Rules

• Overtaking, intentional drifting, and any form of dangerous driving are strictly prohibited
• The guide holds absolute authority to end the participation of any rider who fails to comply with safety instructions. No refund will be given in such cases

Alcohol & Substance Policy

• Any individual who is visibly under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will be denied participation in the excursion, without refund
