- Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity time.
- Late cancellation: Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the activity will not be eligible for a refund.
Tip: We recommend cancelling as early as possible to allow other adventurers to take your slot.
2. Refunds
Refunds are processed according to the following conditions:
- Full refund: If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
- Refund method: The refund will be made to the original payment method used during booking.
Note: Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Booking Modifications
Need to change the date or time of your adventure? No problem!
- Free modifications: You can modify the date or time of your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
- Subject to availability: All modifications are subject to time slot availability.
- How to modify: Contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp to make your modifications.
4. Weather Conditions
The safety of our customers is our top priority.
- Cancellation by us: If we need to cancel an excursion due to dangerous weather conditions (sandstorm, heavy rain, etc.), you will have the choice between a full refund or a free rescheduling.
- Flexible rescheduling: We will make every effort to find an alternative date that suits you.
- Final decision: The decision to cancel due to weather conditions is made by our team to ensure your safety.
5. No-show
Important: In case of no-show for the booked activity without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
To avoid this situation, we recommend that you:
- Check the time and meeting location the day before your activity.
- Allow extra travel time in case of unexpected delays.
- Contact us immediately if you are running late or experiencing difficulties.
