Quad + Camel Agafay Program:

Journey to the Desert (30 min): Your adventure begins with pickup from your accommodation in Marrakech. Head to Agafay Desert, just 30 kilometers away. En route, admire the changing landscapes between city, Berber villages and desert approach with the Atlas chain as backdrop.

Briefing and Desert Quad (2 hours): Upon arrival at base camp, you'll receive a comprehensive safety briefing and discover quad handling. Then it's off for 2 hours of intensive Agafay Desert exploration! Traverse spectacular lunar landscapes, climb rocky ridges offering 360° panoramas of the Atlas mountains, and feel the adrenaline of riding in this unique environment. Agafay Desert, with its stone dunes and mineral expanses, offers exceptional quad terrain.

Transition and Traditional Preparation: Back at camp, you'll be welcomed for a refreshing break. Time to don your traditional Berber outfit - colorful djellaba and chèche (turban) - for your camel trek. This transformation immerses you in the nomadic desert spirit and offers excellent photo opportunities.

Desert Camel Trek (1 hour): Mount your dromedary for an hour of peaceful desert wandering. This trek lets you discover the landscape from a traditional perspective, at the slow, meditative pace of the camel. Your camel guide, often from nomadic families, will share desert secrets, Berber life and the cultural importance of these emblematic animals. If timing allows, you might admire a magnificent sunset over the dunes.

Berber Tea and Return: The experience beautifully concludes under a nomad tent where you'll savor traditional Moroccan mint tea with local pastries. The perfect moment to exchange, ask questions about Berber culture and savor the desert calm before returning to Marrakech's animation.
